In order to truly see Christ alive, everywhere, we live out our vision each and every day. We receive the love God showed for us on the cross and welcome it into our hearts, allowing it to make us alive again. As His love transforms us from the inside out, we then take that love and share it with others and act as the hands and feet of Christ, bringing His love and good news to the ends of the earth. Pastor Jason "Jay" Cardenosa serves as the Lead Pastor of Alive Again Alliance Church where he has been faithfully leading the congregation for several years. With over 30 years of bivocational ministry under his belt, Jason has been shaped by every step of the journey — from his early days as a Youth Pastor pouring into students, to serving as an Executive Pastor, and now stepping into the role of Lead Pastor. Throughout each season, his passion has remained the same: to see people encounter the risen Jesus, be transformed by the Word of God, and become disciples who make disciples. Jason has a deep love for Bible teaching, discipleship, and walking with people through prayer and pastoral care — believing that the same power that raised Christ from the dead is at work in every believer today.
Walking faithfully by his side is his wife, Serena Cardenosa, his greatest ministry partner and the heartbeat of their home. Serena's quiet strength, prayerful support, and devotion to family create the foundation from which their shared ministry flows. Together, Jason and Serena are raising three wonderful children who bring laughter, joy, and life to everything the Cardenosa family does.

My wife Emily and I would like to share that over the years as believers we have experienced firsthand Gods love, mercy, blessings and hardships which have all come together to create “our story” and to which we are most thankful and grateful for God's unexplainable restoration and grace.
We reside in Toms River, NJ and have been married since 2005. Throughout our marriage, we have kept Christ the center of our relationship and the Lord has blessed us with 4 incredible children. We have served the body of Christ for over 20 years, from serving within children and youth ministries to ushering and outreach teams. I am now the Associate Pastor and my wife, not only fulfills the Proverbs 31 woman of God, but is a vital member to the body of Christ. We are always in prayer and seeking our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Together we desire to serve the Lord with all our hearts, minds, bodies, souls, and strength. We hold dear to the values and morals of what scripture teaches (Mark 12:30-31).
